Die Leute wohnen unten und bauen oben Wohnungen für die Söhne und ihre (zukünftigen) Ehefrauen. Es kann Jahre dauern bis die Wohnungen fertig sind, je nach finanzieller Lage. So gibt es überall in der Westbank unzählige Baustellen. -- The people live downstairs while they are building additional appartments upstairs for the sons and their (future) wifes. This can take years, depending on the financial situation. This means that there are uncountable building-sites throughout the West Bank.

Direkt am Dorfrand wird auch die Mauer gebaut, sieht momentan noch aus wie eine Strasse. Die Gewächshäuser bleiben auf israelischer Seite. -- Right at the outskirts of the village the wall is building built, looking like a road right now. The green houses remain on the Israeli side.
